Welcome to Seeshkapeesh. Seeshkapeesh is a play on my nickname “Seesh”…kapeesh? This is a space for me to explore different creative expressions, ideas and to share experiences. I am working towards living a more intentional life because we are co-creating our lives, whether we are conscious of it or not. I want to inspire others to co-create with intention and from a place of wholeness by making sure we feed our souls, our bodies and our minds with light, love and joy.
